When will my preorder ship?
We expect to begin shipping preorders during the first week of October. You’ll receive an email notification with tracking information when your turban ships.
Will I be charged now or when it ships?
Your payment will be processed when you place your preorder. This secures your turban from our incoming shipment.
Can I cancel my preorder?
Yes. You can cancel your preorder anytime before it ships. Just contact us at your convenience, and we’ll process your refund promptly.
Why should I preorder instead of waiting?
Preordering reserves a turban from our next shipment. Our turbans have been selling out quickly, so preordering helps ensure you won’t miss out.
Can I add other items to my preorder?
Yes. Please note that additional items ordered with your preorder may be held and shipped together when your turban is ready. If you would like available items shipped immediately, please place them in a separate order.

Our silk is machine washable because of the high quality, but it is a natural fiber, so the better the care, the longer it will wear.
We recommend the following:
- pH neutral liquid detergent safe for silk - if it is washed in a solution that is too acidic or alkaline the silk can harden after just one wash. If you can not find pH neutral on the label, buy a detergent specific for silk.
- Machine wash delicate 30C (86F) - cold setting- temperature is important.
- Hand wash 30 C (86F)
- Do not soak the silk in water for extended periods.
- Dry Clean
- No trichlorethylene
- Iron low heat
- Steam or air dry
- Do not Bleach
- Do not tumble dry (Do not put in dryer).
